Welcome to JASA
While our program has produced many collegiate and even some professional players, our primary goal has always been to emphasize individual development and growth through participation in the game of soccer. We strive to do that by offering a quality soccer program for every youth player that focuses on skill development, understanding of the game, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 12 August 2014, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Onslow County Public Library (58 Doris Ave E. Jacksonville, NC 28540). This is mandatory for all Recreational coaches. Topics will include proposed changes to By-Laws, Treasurer report, and coaches meeting.
Below you will find some of the major contributions that the Clubs funds have been used for this year.
JASA had to buy a new mower because the old Toro was not cost effective to repair anymore. JASA had to purchase a golf cart which is required in support of the NCYSA State Cup events and to cover the Williamsburg Plantation Fields. JASA was also able to accomplish putting up nets on the telephone poles along the fence line. Would like to give a special thank-you to Jones Onslow Electric Membership Corporation for thier support in this effort. Replacement of sprinkler heads, sensors, and control valves were also completed to damaged or worn out portions of the 22 sections which consists of 10 sprinklers each.
