The main purpose of JASA's Sponsorship & Fundraising program is to raise money for program assistance and upgrades to the soccer complex. Our generous Sponsors add considerable value to JASA, and we are very grateful for their continued support.
Jacksonville Area Soccer Association (JASA) has provided youth soccer programs for the Jacksonville community since 1975. JASA is the largest and only full-service soccer club in Onslow County provides soccer for girls and boys from ages U5 through U19.Our organization is devoted to fostering a positive and fulfilling soccer experience for over 600 players and their families.
While our organization has produced many collegiate and even professional players, our primary goal has always been to emphasize individual development and growth. We aim not only to develop better players, but better people.
JASA Recreation operates under a volunteer Board of Directors. Soccer programs are implemented under the organizations by laws.
In June 2024, JASA officially partnered with Wilmington Hammerheads to offer more competitive programming. The partnership streamlines our administration and offers players opportunities to join higher-level teams and leagues through the Elite Clubs National League. This collaboration elevated our competitive program, allowing JASA’s board to focus on strengthening the recreational program.
Together, our soccer programs include Recreation, Academy, Classic, CDL, ECNL, camps and supplemental training.
JASA has an excellent working relationship with the City of Jacksonville. The main soccer complex (Woodlands Park - where over 500 "home" matches are played each season) is an excellent example of cooperation between volunteer, governmental and civic organizations. JASA leases the main soccer complex (Woodlands Park) from the City of Jacksonville for the exclusive use of soccer.
